Tenx Brand-new Release TM52F2261/F2264 - Low Power Consumption 8051 Series
    TM52F2261/F2264 not only integrates low power consumption clock and LCD display 
function, but also is added with power save touch key function, very suitable for battery-
powered application product, for example LCD display touch key remote control, touch 
1key watch, touch key timer, touch key calculator, touch key password-locked safe, 
etc…, the specification meets engineering rules -40℃~85℃ operating temperature and 
high noise immunity EFT/ESD characteristics demand, suitable for various AC power 
supply product fields application.

    TM52F2261/F2264 uses tenx L51 CPU Core, compared to the traditional 8051 IC, the 
overall power consumption is lower; operating speed is faster and more efficient. 
TM52F2261 keeps most of the characteristics in standard 8051, program memory 
provides 16 KBytes flash memory space, and also provides ICP/ISP/IAP storage 
function; developers can store data directly into Flash memory space, while internal 
SRAM provides 768 Bytes storage space, UART interface is compatible with standard 
8051, and provides one set of SPI interface, Timer0/1/2 is standard 8051 timer. 
Besides, in Timer3 user can use 32.768 KHz clock source. Timer3 provides 23-bit timer 
which allows long period of counting, can calibrate accurately +/- 0.5 ppm ~ 61 ppm 
calibration ranges, provides developer very accurate clock source.

    TM52F2261 provides power save Auto Touch key structure, which adopts touch key 
hardware interrupt to do touch key interrupt. When CPU enters Idle mode, it still can 
detect touch key, therefore, standby current touch key detection can be less than 1 uA. 
TM52F2261 touch key structure is high-integrated IC, requires very little external 
element, can provide up to 14 Touch key input, at the same time can provide up to 4 
Touch key wake-up for polling detection. Besides, internal Touch Key standard weight 
function can provide Touch Key standard weight function value for external bad 
environment, which is used for calibrating external touch point and internal touch weight 
function value, to strengthen Touch Key detection accuracy. When external touch key 
detects hand touch operation, will trigger hardware interrupt to awake CPU for touch 
key detection judgment, so battery voltage in 3V, internal chip is using power saving 
operation. When CPU operates clock source 32.768 KHz in Idle mode, enables Auto 
Touch key polling detection and LCD display, the minimal power consumption can be 2 

    TM52F2261/F2264 provides power saving LCD display structure, the driving capability 
is up to 10 COM* 43 SEG selectable LCD pixel output, 1 /3 ~ 1/10 duty and 1/3, 1/4 
LCD bias voltage. VL1/ VL2 / VL3 / VL4 voltage is using capacitor boost Voltage Pump, 
LCD Bias Regulator Output (VL1) = 1.0V ~ 1.5V provides 16-level selection. Under 32 
KHz condition, can select internal power save to achieve low power consumption 
characteristic. When battery voltage is 3V, with internal power save, LCD is enabled, 
and when operating clock source is 32.768 KHz in Idle mode, the minimum power 
consumption can be 1 uA. With the same condition, if LCD is disabled, the minimum 
standby power consumption can be 0.7 uA. Besides, TM52F2261 supports LED 
transductive output, LED can support up to 6 COM* 30 SEG pixel output, each COM pin 
output capability is 40 mA. In power supply control, TM52F2261 provides internal 
bandgap for voltage calibration, at the same time provides Tiny current LDO regulator 
output for IC use. And also allows developer chooses different power saving in different 
perating mode (Fast/Slow/Idle/Stop).

    For TM52F2261/F2264, tenx plans of using convenient USB development tool (EV2261 
board), which can directly use the original IC (Real chip) to do ICE in-line trimming. 
Using USB EV2261 Board immediately simulate IC condition, can access memory space 
and set register directly, provide routine breakpoint and step, can execute tracking 
analysis data, increase program development efficiency and debug capability, very 
suitable for fast product development.
