十速嶄新推出TM52F2260~低功耗省電型8051系列

      TM52F2260整合了低功耗的L51內核,結合精準時鐘校正架構與LCD顯示功能,非常適合用於鈕釦電池供電的產品
應用上,適合應用在各種領域的產品, 如LCD顯示的遙控器、溫濕度計,手表、計時器、計算器、密碼鎖保險箱...等等
產品,在規格上符合工規-40℃~85℃工作温度與高抗干擾 EFT/ESD之性能要求。

    TM52F2260是使用十速L51 CPU Core,相較傳統的8051芯片,整體功耗更低,運行速度更快更有效率,
TM52F2260保留了標準8051大部份特性,程式記憶體提供16 KBytes flash memory記憶體空間,並提供
ICP/ISP/IAP存儲功能,開發者可直接將資料存儲於Flash memory程式記憶體中,而在內存記憶體Internal SRAM提
供256 Bytes存儲空間,加上外部存取記憶體1280 Bytes,整體內存超過1.5 KBytes,UART介面相容於標準8051,
以及 Timer0/1/2階為標準8051計時器,而在Timer3可使用 32.768 KHz時鐘源,Timer3提供23-bit 計時器可進行長
時間計數,能精準校正+/- 0.5ppm ~ 61ppm的校準範圍,提供開發者非常準確的時鐘源。

    TM52F2260提供非常省電的LCD顯示架構,驅動能力上以4COM, 28~36SEG可選擇輸出 LCD點數,1/3 or 1/4 
duty占空比與1/3 Bias電壓,在電源控制部份,TM52F2260提供內置BandGap做電壓校準,同時提供Tiny current 
LDO穩壓輸出給芯片使用,並提供開發者自行選擇,在不同工作模式下,選擇電壓輸出1.1V~1.8V給CPU,在32 KHz
的條件下,可選擇1.1V最低工作電壓運行,以達到省電低功耗的特點,以電池電壓在3V, VDD設在1.5V時,LCD 在開
啟的狀況下,以Idle mode進行時鐘源 32.768 KHz 時,最低功耗可達1 uA,相同條件如果LCD 在關閉的狀況下,最
低待機功耗可達 0.7 uA。

    十速針對TM52F2260規劃出使用方便的USB開發工具(EV2260 Board),直接使用同一顆 IC(Real chip)來
做ICE在線調試,透過USB EV2260 Board即時模擬IC的狀態,可直接對記憶體存取與對暫存器的設定,提供程序調試
的斷點與步進,可執行追蹤分析數據等等功能,可提高程式開發效率以及除錯能力,非常適合快速進行產品開發。
