十速嶄新推出TM52F5264/F5268~高效率型8051系列

     TM52F5264/F5268整合了高效率的F51內核,搭配精準的12-bit A/D轉換器,以及低功耗時鐘等功能,
TM52F5268非常適合用於小家電產品應用上。 TM52F5264以帶有12-bit A/D Converter與 2路的PWM輸出,在加上
內置EEPROM的存儲功能,對於 電飯煲、電磁爐、保溫瓶、咖啡機、充電器...等等AC家電應用產品。而TM52F5268 
更擁有TK觸控功能, 可應用的產品如 觸控電飯煲、觸控電磁爐、觸控保溫瓶、觸控咖啡機...等等觸控家電產品。在規
格上符合工規-40℃~ 85℃工作温度與高抗干擾 EFT/ESD之性能要求,而觸控功能更擁有通過10V - CS傳導性干擾之
性能,非常適合應用在各種AC電源產品領域。

    TM52 F5264/F5268是使用十速F51 CPU Core,相較傳統的 8051芯片,整體運行速度更快更有效率,
TM52 F5264/F5268保留了標準8051 大部份特性,程式記憶體提供精簡的8K Bytes flash memory記憶體空間,並提
供ICP/ISP/IAP存儲功能,開發者可直接將資料存儲於Flash memory程式記憶體中,而在內存記憶體IRAM 提供256 
Bytes存儲空間,UART介面相容於標準8051,並提供一組SPI介面, Timer0/1/2階為標準8051計時器。而在
Timer3 可使用外部32.768 KHz振盪器,並提供15-bit 計時器可進行時間計數,提供開發者非常準確的時鐘源。

    TM52 F5264/F5268內部提供雙頻率輸入FRC 7.3728 MHz 以及 SRC 24 KHz,外部也提供振盪器頻率輸入FXT 
1~8 MHz Crystal或是SXT 32.768 KHz Crystal,由開發者自行選擇系統頻率,可在不同工作模式下
(Fast/Slow/Idle/Stop),選擇不同的工作頻率, 達到整體節電方式。TM52 F5264/F5268提供2組 8+2的PWM數位
輸出, 而外部輸入提供10-ch輸入12-bit 的AD轉換器。 

    TM52 F5268提供14-ch的電容式觸控(TK0~TK13),同時提供非常省電的ATK (TK0~TK3)觸控架構,是採用觸控
硬件方式進行觸控偵測,因此觸控偵測速度非常快, 偵測時整體功耗非常小,TM52 F5268的觸控架構是高整合性IC,
僅需極少的外部原件,就可提供最多14個 Touch key輸入。

    十速針對TM52F5264/F5268規劃出使用方便的USB開發工具T-Link ICE Board 連接EV5268 Board,可直接使用
原IC(Real chip)來做在線調試,透過USB連接 EV5268 Board即時模擬IC的狀態,可直接對記憶體存取與對暫存器
的設定,提供程序調試的斷點與步進(STEP)可執行追蹤分析數據等等功能,提高程式開發效率以及除錯能力,非常
適合快速進行產品開發。包裝上以 20 /24 Pin的SOP與DIP包裝,提供最佳的封裝腳位。
