十速嶄新推出TM52F5274/F5278~高效率型F51系列

    TM52F5274/F5278整合了高效率的F51內核,搭配精準的12-bit A/D轉換器, 以及低功耗時鐘與
LCD或 LED顯示功能,非常適合用於小家電產品應用上。 TM52F5274以帶LCD/LED顯示的電飯保煲、
咖啡壺、顯示保溫瓶、顯示充電器、顯示油煙機...等等AC家電應用產品。而TM52F5278更擁有TK觸控
功能, 可應用的產品如LCD/LED顯示的觸控電飯保煲、觸控電磁爐、觸控保溫瓶、觸控油煙機、觸控咖
啡機...等等觸控家電產品。在規格上符合工規-40℃~ 85℃工作温度與高抗干擾 EFT/ESD之性能要
求,而觸控功能更擁有通過10V - CS傳導性干擾之性能,非常適合應用在各種AC電源產品領域。

  TM52F5274/F5278是使用十速F51 CPU Core,相較傳統的8051芯片,整體運行速度更快更有效
率,而TM52F5274/F5278保留了標準8051 大部份特性,程式記憶體提供精簡的8K Bytes flash 
memory記憶體空間,並提供ICP/ISP/IAP存儲功能,開發者可直接將資料存儲於Flash memory程式記
憶體中。而在內存記憶體IRAM 提供256 Bytes存儲空間,以及內存記憶體XRAM 提供256 Bytes存儲空
間,UART介面相容於標準8051,並提供一組SPI介面,Timer0/1/2階為標準8051計時器,而在Timer3 
可使用外部32.768 KHz振盪器,並提供15-bit 計時器可進行時間計數,提供開發者非常準確的時鐘
源。

  TM52F5274/F5278提供非常多變的LCD/LED顯示架構,LCD驅動能力上最多以4 COM* 18 SEG可選
擇LCD點數,1/3 Bias電位,1 /3 ~ 1/4 duty占空比可供選擇,同時還支持8階的亮度選擇。另外也可
使用LED直推輸出,LED最多可支持4 COM* 18 SEG點LED直推輸出,每個COM腳位的輸出能力為40 
mA,並提供死區時間選擇在外部輸出控制。TM52F5274/F5278內部提供雙頻率輸入快鐘FRC 7.3728 
MHz或是慢鐘SRC 24 KHz, 外部也提供雙頻率輸入FXT 1~8 MHz以及SXT 32.768 KHz,由開發者自行選
擇系統頻率,可在不同工作模式下(Fast/Slow/Idle/Stop),選擇不同的工作頻率,達到整體節電方
式。

  TM52F5278提供14-ch的電容式觸控(TK0~TK13),同時提供非常省電的ATK (TK0~TK3)觸控架構,是
採用觸控硬件方式進行觸控偵測,觸控偵測速度非常快, 偵測時整體功耗非常小,TM52F5278的觸控
架構是高整合性IC,僅需極少的外部原件,就可提供最多12個 Touch key輸入。 另外,TM52F5274/F5278
提供2組 8+2的PWM數位輸出,而外部輸入提供精準12-bit的10-ch輸入AD轉換器。 

  十速針對TM52F5274/F5278規劃出使用方便的USB開發工具T-Link ICE Board 連接EV5278 Board,
可直接使用原IC(Real chip)來做在線調試,透過USB連接 EV5278 Board即時模擬IC的狀態,可直
接對記憶體存取與對暫存器的設定,提供程序調試的斷點與步進(STEP)可執行追蹤分析數據等等功
能,提高程式開發效率以及除錯能力,非常適合快速進行產品開發。包裝上以 28 /32 Pin的SOP與DIP
包裝,提供最佳的封裝腳位。
