十速嶄新推出TM52M5254/M5258~高效率型8051系列

    TM52M5254/M5258整合了高效率的F51內核,搭配精準的12-bit A/D轉換器,以及低功耗時鐘與LCD顯示功能,
TM52M5254非常適合用於家電產品應用上,如:電飯煲、電磁爐、保溫瓶、咖啡機...等等AC家電產品,在規格上符合
工規-40℃~ 85℃工作温度與高抗干擾 EFT/ESD之性能要求,適合應用在各種AC電源產品領域。

    TM52M5254/M5258是使用十速F51 CPU Core,相較傳統的 8051芯片;整體運行速度更快更有效率,TM52 
M5254/M5258保留了標準8051 大部份特性,程式記憶體提供4 K Bytes MTP 多重燒錄記憶體空間,並提供ICP 燒錄
存儲功能,開發者可直接將資料存儲於MTP程式記憶體中,而在內存記憶體IRAM 提供256 Bytes存儲空間,UART介
面相容於標準8051, Timer0/1/2階為標準8051計時器。TM52 M5254/M5258內部提供雙頻率輸入FRC 7.3728 MHz 
以及 SRC 80 KHz,外部也提供振盪器頻率輸入FXT 1~6 MHz或是SXT 32.768 KHz,由開發者自行選擇系統頻率,
可在不同工作模式下(Fast/Slow/Idle/Stop),選擇不同的工作頻率,達到整體節電方式。TM52 M5254/M5258提供
2組 8+2的PWM數位輸出,而外部輸入提供10-ch輸入12-bit 的AD轉換器,另外TM52 M5258提供非常省電的Touch 
key觸控架構,是採用觸控硬件方式進行觸控偵測,因此觸控偵測速度非常快,偵測時整體功耗非常小,TM52 M5258
的觸控架構是高整合性IC,僅需極少的外部原件,就可提供最多14個 Touch key輸入。

    十速針對TM52M5254/M5258規劃出使用方便的USB開發工具(EV5254 Board),可直接使用EV-5254來做ICE在線
調試,透過USB EV5254 Board即時模擬IC的狀態,可直接對記憶體存取與對暫存器的設定,提供程序調試的斷點與
步進(STEP)可執行追蹤分析數據等等功能,提高程式開發效率以及除錯能力,非常適合快速進行產品開發。
