新推出TMU3131全速USB2.0控制器

十速科技新推出的TMU3131是8位元微處理器，專為嵌入式設備所量身定制的USB2.0全速通用應用，以精簡指令集運算、雙周期的微處理器應用為主。主要的特點為，可進行多次可程式燒錄，內置振盪頻率提供USB介面做資料傳輸介面，內置振盪頻率可提供千分之二點五誤差的48 MHz頻率，以及可輸出 6MHz / 12MHz 頻率提供外部模組使用。TMU3131擁有USB介面DMA功能，做為SPI與USB介面之間資料的傳輸，SPI介面速率可調整到6Mbps。具待機模式與外部換醒功能、看門狗計時、電容式觸控等功能，可以在非USB模式下的電池獨立模式下工作。內含程式記憶體6K*14 internal MTP ROM以及暫存記憶體 RAM 160 Bytes在F-plane位置上 + RAM 128 Bytes 在R-plane位置上。 TMU3131其雙重工作模式的設計，能使產品模組發揮更大的應用效益，非常適合用於低功耗的電池應用與USB裝置模組的應用上。
