十速科技新推出TM57PE10 超低電壓1.1V電池應用OTP MCU,8位元微處理器是以精簡指令集運算、雙周期的微處理器應用,為一次性可程式燒錄記憶體1 K / OTP基本通用I/O型微控制器。本產品主要特色為具有雙時鐘功能,以及在內部低速的RC模式下操作,其電壓可以工作在1.1V超低電壓,而工作電壓在1.5V時,頻率仍可以操作在6MHz高速狀態,並且內振頻率(IRC)可以維持在 8MHz ±3%的誤差,同時擁有很寬的操作頻率範圍2K~24MHz。

除此之外,TM57PE10內部有一組硬體類比電壓比較器與二組硬體脈波寬度調變器(PWM),PWM0可以調整頻率與脈波寛度。同時內置看門狗計數器(WDT)與2組獨立的計數器(TIMER),在閒置模式下,TIMER2具有喚醒功能。並且TM57PE10具有可程式記憶有條件支援TTP (Two Time Programmable) 兩次燒入功能,在電池控制應用上是你最佳選擇方案。產品特色符合綠色環保、節能、省電高效能之訴求,低成本高度整合,不僅體積小、功能齊全使用方便,符合工業上-40℃~+85 ℃工作溫度之要求。

TM57PE10封裝型態提供14-Pin & 18Pin DIP/SOP,主要應用於省電簡易控制、玩具、LED控制燈及小家電應用等產品。
