十速科技新推出TMU3132是USB 介面的8位元微處理器，是以精簡指令集運算、雙周期的微處理器應用於USB 2.0全速通用型產品，支持USB2.0 規範，主要的特點為4K14 MTP ROM可進行多次可程式燒錄，內置振盪頻率提供USB介面做資料傳輸介面，內置振盪頻率可提供千分之二點五誤差的48MHz頻率，以及可輸出12MHz 頻率提供無線2.4G模組使用。 TMU3132擁有USB介面DMA功能做為SPI與USB介面之間資料的傳輸，SPI介面支持模式0/1/2/3 MASTER，速率可調整到6Mbps。具待機模式與外部換醒功能、看門狗計時等功能。內含程式記憶體4K14 internal MTP ROM以及暫存記憶體RAM 160 Bytes在F-plane位置上 + RAM 128 Bytes 在R-plane位置上。新推出TMU3132 的產品是適合於USB 滑鼠與RF 2.4G無線裝置模組的應用上。
