    TM87PL36H/L is a new member of the Tenx launched 4bits MCU family. 
The ROM space is 7.5K*16bits, the RAM space is 1K*4bits, and the maximum number of LCD points that can be driven is 387 points (9*43). 
The minimum operating voltage of TM87PL36L is 0.95v , the balance of the four indicators is enough to meet the needs of most products.

    Tenx Speed Technology has been working hard on chip design and continuous optimization. Although TM87PL36H/L is a 4BIT chip,
 it also integrates the concept and achievements of the latest technology development, such as the newly added IAP function in the design
of TM87PL36H/L chip, which can ensure that the user program will transfer important information under the condition of 3V power supply. 
The data is written into the table ROM space by itself, and the maximum ROM space that can be written is up to 4K bytes. 
This function makes it possible for many applications that need to be saved 
and set data during operation to be realized on the OTP chip.

FEATURES
    The TM87PL36H/L chip modifies the LCD drive circuit. Through the optimization 
of the boost circuit and the strengthening of the drive circuit, the TM87PL36H/L has stepped on a new level in the LCD drive capability, 
and it becomes more familiar with the driver of super large size LCD. . In addition, TM87PL36H/L still retains the original advantages 
and functions of TM87PL series IC, which are briefly listed as follows:

1. Accurate voltage regulator circuit and high-precision production calibration process provide highly stable LCD and chip core voltage
regulator output. Support LED direct push mode, all COM and SEG lines can be used as output ports, and because of the use of hardware 
LCD voltage regulator lines, it can drive 1/2 of all voltage parameters on the 
market while providing perfect display effects, 1/3 Bias LCD display;

2. OTP program memory with unique "TTP (Two Times Programming) function. With the support of OTP type ROM with price advantage, the cost of 
TM87PL36H/L is very competitive. By optimizing the 7.5K Word ROM space in design , for all program + table space less than 3.75K Word projects, 
can realize two completely unlimited program programming on TM87PL36H/L chip;

3. In addition to the simple and reliable LVR1 line, a set of LVR2 lines are added. This line has a more accurate and stable reset voltage and 
can be used as an LBD. The power consumption of the line is only 0.6 microampere, which enables long-term and fast monitoring in power-saving 
applications. supply voltage becomes possible;

4. The working voltage automatic conversion circuit can automatically detect the change of the power supply voltage and automatically modify 
the internal registers to adapt to wide-range voltage applications;

5. Increase the option of POWER RESET line shutdown, which can be combined with LVR1 and LVR2 to realize a wider range of dual power 
supply projects;

6. Increase the mirror image design of COM1~COM9 and SEG32~39, making LCD wiring and application more flexible;

7. The CX rising edge control method is added to the RFC line to realize hardware charge and discharge operation control and solve 
the problem of low voltage temperature test drift;

8. The CX high voltage control is added to the RFC line for accurate measurement of the pulse signal length;

9. The TIMER2 control frequency generator line is added to the RFC line, which is used for the frequency measurement of the slow clock (32768) 
for the fast clock.
