    TM52F8368 is a Tenx-speed general-purpose 8051 core MCU launched in 2019. 
It has 8K ROM, 256+256-bit RAM, 16-bit PWM with complementary dead zone, UART, IIC, full pin interrupt, low voltage detection and reset
(LVD and LVR), hardware multiplier and divider,multiple operating modes (low power consumption), etc.

1. Its rich peripheral resources, superior performance and high reliability 
have sold nearly 100 million pieces since its launch. It is widely used in 
consumer electronics and household appliances and other markets, and has received unanimous praise from customers.

2. In order to better serve customers, optimize cost and improve 
performance, TM52F1363 is upgraded and optimized to replace TM52F8368 perfectly. In terms of function, it includes all the resources of F8368, 
and is as compatible as possible. At the same time, in response to the feedback from users in the use of F8368, 
Tenx -speed has been improved on TM52F1363, including:
1. More ADC channels
2. Built-in 128-bit EEPROM
3. More working modes (increase pause mode)
4. Lower operating voltage at full speed
FEATURES
TM52F1363 new function description:
1. TM52F1363 supports lower voltage operation at the highest frequency
 (VCC =2.2V ~ 5.5V @FSYS=16.588 MHz), which meets more application
 scenarios than TM52F8368

2. TM52F1363 adds 7 ADC channels (ADC16~ADC22), the first 16 ADC 
channel selection registers are compatible with TM52F8368;

3. Added 128-bit EEPROM memory, at least 30,000 to 50,000 times 
of erasing and writing, and data retention time is up to 10 years. 
It can be used for projects with storage requirements. Writing takes about 2 
ms @VCC=3V, 1 ms @VCC=5V. Meanwhile, the CPU is in a wait state, 
but all peripheral modules (timers, etc.) continue to run during the write.
 Software must handle interrupts generated during EEPROM data write
 completion. EEPROM data writing requires VCC > 3.0V.

If the customer has data stored in the IAP-FREE area, and there is a write 
operation during work, it is strongly recommended that the customer 
transfer this part of the data to the EEPROM.

4. The TM52F1363 has added a suspend mode. In the suspend mode,
 all clocks are stopped and only Timer3 or WDT can be turned on.
 Suspend mode can be woken up by reset, pin or Timer3 interrupt. 
Compared with 8368, there are more choices in low-power applications.
 Low power consumption current: Idle mode > Suspend mode > Stop mode.

5. TM52F1363 has added a clock source of timer3 (FRC/512), which is 
close to 32.768 after frequency division, and then divided by 32768 of timer3, 
a timing time of about 1 second can be realized.
