Tenx has new launched the TK8811CS ultra-low power touch dedicated IC.
It adopts the latest charge detection technology developed by Tenx.
It uses the electric charge level generated between the operator's hand and
the touch button sensing pad for detection. changes to determine if the finger
is approaching or touching the sensing surface. Touch-specific ICs can be used
in combination with MCUs without touch to meet the simple needs of a single
touch, and can be used as one of the alternatives to touch MCUs.
3.7uA in TK8811CS working mode, 2.7uA @3V in standby low power mode. Working voltage 2.1V~5.5V.
The stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications.
The size of the TK8811CS touch chip detection PAD can be designed within
a reasonable range according to different sensitivities.
Low power consumption and wide operating voltage are the characteristics
of this touch chip in the application of lithium batteries.
The output response time is about 60mS@VDD=3V in fast mode.
The working mode is divided into normal mode and low-power mode.
If there is no button for 10 seconds, it will enter the low-power mode.
The output response time is about low power consumption 120mS@VDD=3V.
At present, two packages of SOT23-6/DFN-6 are available, which have the characteristics of small package,
few peripheral components, low cost and fast response speed.
